When you come to Ghana, together we will painlessly arrange for the accounts to be transferred into your name.

This service will ensure a smooth handover of the property and it’s utilities to you. It will also save you from trying to arrange connections on your own upon your arrival in Ghana and deal with the paperwork and possible delays.

Charges for utilities are payable to the respective authorities at regular intervals throughout the year. They are based strictly on consumption of each unit.

The local municipal council or other authorities are responsible for the regular collection of rubbish. The cost for this service is between $25.00 – $40.00 per year, depending on area.
